At your doorstep: 305 km of slopes and a valley full of trails.

In winter, Ski Arlberg awaits — the largest connected ski area in Austria. In summer, hiking trails, clear mountain lakes and tours for every level. The Rosanna valley trail begins right outside our door, and the whole Stanzertal lies at your feet.

Get around for free

The whole region — without your own car.

The Untergand bus stop is just 100 m from the house. From there, Line 2 runs directly to the ski area and into the village — as a ski bus in winter and a hiking bus in summer. Free all year round for our guests.

  • With the Summer Card Premium (included with us) all hiking, local & line buses between Landeck and St. Christoph are free.
