We want you to enjoy your stay — but a few rules need to be observed for the benefit of all guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
Open flames are not permitted in the apartment — this includes candles.
Please separate your waste and dispose of it in the designated bins. Leave full rubbish bags outside the apartment door.
Parties or events are not permitted in the apartment or on the terrace.
Quiet hours apply from 10 pm until 8 am.
Illegal streaming, file sharing and accessing illegal content via the internet connection are prohibited.
Additional or spontaneous guests must be approved in advance. For more than four people staying overnight, an additional fee and, in any case, the local visitor’s tax are payable to the host.
Pets must be approved by us before your arrival.
In the event of a breach of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and to collect a deposit for damages.
