Our house sits on the Römerweg — a little off the beaten track, peacefully located and yet only a few minutes from the village centre and the lifts.

Regional larch wood, natural stone and a real love of detail. Both apartments have their own, completely private entrance and a terrace of their own — you come and go exactly as you please. No hotel bustle, no shared corridors. Just you, your loved ones and the mountain at your doorstep.

By car

Via the S16 Arlberg expressway, exit St. Anton. Munich approx. 2.5 h · Zurich approx. 2 h · Innsbruck approx. 1 h. Our house is easy to reach without any steep climbs — no problem even on snow-covered roads. Free parking right at the house.

By train

St. Anton am Arlberg station on the international Arlberg line (Railjet & EC). From the station it is just a few minutes by bus or taxi — the ski bus in winter, the hiking bus in summer (Line 2).

By plane

Innsbruck (~100 km), Zurich & Munich (~200 km). Continue conveniently by train, rental car or transfer.

Straight to the slopes — by bus Free for guests

The Untergand bus stop is just 100 m from the house. From there, Line 2 takes you directly and comfortably to the ski area and into the village.
